Mariëlle Boezelman
Mariëlle Boezelman (partner at Hertoghs Advocaten) specializes in financial fraud cases, mostly with international and tax components. She assists individuals and companies suspected of tax fraud, corruption, money laundering and forgery. These cases are often sensitive (politically or otherwise).
Mariëlle is a member of the Dutch Association of Defence Counsel (NVSA), the International Bar Association (IBA), the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the Dutch Association of Lawyers-Tax Experts (NVAB) of which she was a board member for several years. Judith de Boer
Judith de Boer is a partner at Hertoghs advocaten. Judith specializes in financial fraud cases. More specifically, this often involves tax fraud, money laundering, corruption, forgery or cybercrime. Many of these cases also have a tax or international element. Judith also handles the taxl case in that context. Judith has a broad international network and enjoys working with (foreign) colleagues.
Judith is a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA). She is also a member of the Dutch Association of Defence Counsel (NVSA) and the Dutch Association of Defence Counsel Tax Consultants (NVAB).
